納稅人如聘有稅務代表, 其交回報稅表的期限, 將由2007/08 年度利得稅報稅表第一頁上所註明的期限延展至下述日期

The Registrar of Companies has revised Forms R1, D2A and D5 for use under the CO with effect from 11 July 2008. Forms NC1A, D1 and D3 and old Forms R1, D2A and D5 will become obsolete. These forms will no longer be accepted for registration by the Companies Registry as from that date.
